Thank you so much for helping me sell my house and buy a new one. Things you did that I appreciated:
- Gave valuable suggestions on fixing up the house to be sold - such as refinishing the front door, fixing the patio, etc.
- Used a generous amount of statistics and your general know-how to price the house fairly.
Gave advice on how to make the house show better and gave gentle reminders about opening drapes and cutting down on clutter. Showed utmost patience as I tried to narrow down what I was really looking for in a new home. Stuck to task by bringing up new listings and made time to show the homes when I had time to look. Did not push to buy one house or another, but gave an honest opinion about what may have to be fixed, what the neighborhood was like, etc. Used each other's areas of expertise to my benefit. When viewing a home, I felt comfortable that after hearing what each of you had to say, I had heard most of the pros and cons and as an extra bonus heard the male and female viewpoint.
Especially appreciated was the way you made certain that any house that I was
seriously looking at was priced fairly, even though this meant cutting down on your
own commission.

To Whom it may concern:
Last spring, we sold our house in Chandler, Arizona. Having never sold property
before, we interviewed 2 Realtors. Once we talked to Denis and Sara, we knew
immediately we wanted them to be our Realtors!
My husband moved to Washington, DC in December and I stayed behind to sell the
house. I was looking for a Realtor that would keep me informed each step of the way,
explain exactly what was happening, and generally reassure me that the selling process would go smoothly. Denis and Sara did all of that and more!
They gave me advice on how to make the house more presentable and what repairs
needed to be completed. Denis even climbed on the roof and washed it off for me!
