Sales Prices are UP!    The average price of residential homes sold for all Valley MLS in the 30 days ending Dec. 31 was $177,502, up from the low of $158,674 in April, 2009.

In December, 2009, Arizona was voted the 5th best place to live!  Phoenix population is 1.567 Million, the 5th largest city in the U.S., and the 12th largest metro area by population in the U. S. with 4,281,899 residents.  Recent estimates are that the population will double in the next 20 years - future property values?
